Fayne was a kind and talented man! A friend to my late husband, who would pass along stories of his kindness. Also he took me to see Fayne’s mini village which he made. I will never forget it. I’m sure he whistled right through the Pearly Gates!!

My deepest sympathy to the family. Fayne had such a quiet voice and he always sat in the place at church. He was a quiet man with few words. May your memories help you through these difficult times.

Our sincere condolences to all of Fayne’s family . He was a dear friend , neighbour and family . Although he was a quiet and shy , he was caring soul . He would drop in to visit many folks , we enjoyed when he would drop by on his motorbike or 4 wheeler, he often made a point of dropping by when we’re shearing trees and we enjoyed taking a break and chatting, he had a quiet sense of humour and a genuine interest in what we were doing and concern for Ellison’s health . Fayne would invite us to drop in at his place to show us his latest pup , model , replica buildings , beautiful flowers and his Christmas tree . He loved his treats and was always appreciated any homemade goodies we shared . We will miss him so much .

Scott & I send our heartfelt condolences to Fayne's family.Memories of Fayne…many years ago the Messengers of Music were invited by Fayne to take part in an outdoor church service at his home and barn. It is a lovely memory. His property was immaculate and like a park.A true labour of love. When looking at the pictures from the service, you can see Fayne proudly sitting front and centre. Fayne was also Scott’s first client to order an “artistic” piece of ironwork. This was a beautiful Heron, which had a home overlooking Fayne’s pond, which was a peaceful, scenic spot.So began a mutual arrangement where Scott would retrieve the Heron every winter and give it some TLC and in exchange we would get a Christmas tree from Fayne. We would go out as family and pick from his lot.We also remember with fondness touring his miniature replicas of local buildings. So much care, time and skill went into these pieces. Fayne was a good, honest and humble man.

I'm so sorry to hear of Fayne's passing. My sincerest condolences to his family and friends. I recall stopping to chat with him many times, on my way to and from Silver's store as a child. Forever a quiet gentle soul, who always had time to share with everyone. Rest in peace cousin.

Fayne was of few words, but they were always to the point. He was talented and energetic. Neil commented how when Fayne worked for him on the highways he
was always dependable & took pride in whatever he did. Charing Cross Garden Club presented him with a certificate re the beautiful work he had done on his property. You made a lasting impression. RIP Fayne. Neil & Marie Meister

Fayne and his family were a big part of my childhood and I am sad to see him go. His love for model cars and planes and carved houses and people. He always cherished his flowers and dog. Even had a pet raccoon one time. He and Hardy took Cory and me to our first grand prix wrestling match. I will never forget him driving by on his motorcycle or tractor full of wood..(Meaning that was work for us to do.lol )He was so proud of his work and I hope it's cherished after by others. A very quiet, but so full of life guy. He will be missed by many. Sending love to the family..RIP Fayne ...

Uncle Fayne was a mentor of mine as a child through out my teenage years. I spent summers in Nova Scotia working for my uncle. I would fly to Nova Scotia at the beginning of the summer with my Grandma, Leta and work for my uncle all summer. After that end of every summer when it was time to go back home to Ontario, he would give me a toy from his collection. Uncle Fayne was a kind gentleman, always busy with projects, and chores. He tought me work ethic and respect. He was a very positive figure in my life. Rip Uncle Fayne

The other year when, I was in the hospital for five months, Fayne sent a gift up to me. I couldn’t imagine what it was. To my surprise and joy it was an angel, mounted on a wooden base and would light up. Fayne was a very caring person….that angel graced my hospital room and still brings me joy sitting in my living room. Thank you, Fayne, for being such a great friend.
Sending my deepest sympathy to Randy and Holly and families. Cherish your memories.
