To Fred’s family: I knew Fred and Carol while they were living next door to us with Carol’s mother on King St. In Windsor, NS. Then when they moved to Canaan I only saw them occasionally when I was visiting in the Valley. They were very nice neighbours. I am now living in Surrey, BC and have missed having such good neighbours. My sincere condolences. Patricia Lowthers

Fred Caston was a good example of true Christianity, always so willing to help others. He was cheerful and grateful for any little thing done for him. He served his country and his God valiantly and looked forward to the second coming of Jesus.
