I was so very shocked to get the news of Steve's passing that words can hardly express my feelings. Even though I hadn't seen him for years, the memories of time spent with him and the rest of the family at Fall's Lake and elsewhere will never be forgotten. He was the only person I ever saw get my Mom to play guitar - with him on his banjo...I had never seen her play before that night. What a generous and kind soul he was, always happy and enjoying life. Unfortunate life's circumstance took me away from away from the area but I will forever remember Steve with a smile on my face and thank you for that my old friend! My sincere condolences to the whole family..forever in my heart
