Judy, words cannot begin to express the sadness you must be feeling right now. Losing someone we love is never easy but knowing you were such an important part of Brian's life will hopefully provide some comfort.
There are so many memories that come to mind when I think of Brian. Brunches, celebratory dinners, simple suppers (remember the squid) and of course the great conversations we had. He will not only be missed by you but by all his friends.
My sincere condolences on your loss.
Love José

Judy, I was deeply saddened to hear of Brian's death.
Brian was a fine man and I was fortunate to have spent some happy times with him.
It is good to learn that you both had a long and joyful marriage together.
He drove me crazy trying to beat him in squash events but he always was, as ever, gracious in victory... perhaps we will compete again in the next life!
May he rest in peace. peter boyle

We mourn Brian's passing but remember with great affection many warm memories. In addition to knowing Brian personally for many years I also had the opportunity to work with him at CMHC. Brian was mindful of the welfare of others, constantly helping others with patient understanding, and always ready with humour - particularly when it was most needed. Judy, you and Brian have always been in our hearts and this most assuredly will continue. Susan & Geoff Atkinson

Good morning Judy.
I am very sad to read this morning of Brian's passing, and so sorry for your loss.
Unfortunately we shall not be able to join you tomorrow to pay tribute to his memory as a very pleasant and decent person, as Richard is at present in the Infirmary with complication due to serious infection following knee replacement surgery. However, our thoughts are with you at this difficult time.
Sincerely,
Alison McNair, and Richard
