Mark has been such a blessing to so many in the community. I know he has positively influenced those around him, but I am particularly reminded of his manner with kids. He was the first person to find little Abraham when he was lost in the woods. He did it with quiet attention and patience. When he found Abie, he was careful not to startle or frighten him, but ensured he was safely and happily reunited with his granny. Mark's patience, attention and humor is what made him so approachable to children. I remember that from when I was a child and I saw it with my own kids. I am grateful to have known him.

So sorry to hear of Mark's passing, Lori. I was thinking of the birthday parties recently. I would like to know when the service is, if you feel that is ok. Please passon our condolences to Mary and Connie, as well as Aiden. He is at peace and safe in the arms of his parents.
Please call if there is anything we can do to ease your burden. You are in our thoughts and prayers

Dear Mary and friends. I am so saddened to see this news tonight but so glad that Mark was able to stay at home and be in your loving arms. He was a very special man and a most talented artist. I have some of his cards that I bought from you and always kept in my china cabinet and when I unpack my things they will go back in there. I think I will frame my favorite and hang it up.
It has been a long struggle that you and he dealt with so strongly. Now he will suffer no more. I pray that you will be strengthened by his gentle spirit with you and all the love and support of your many family and friends.
Love and peace Mary and family.
Sheila
