Obituary of Paiyton Darleen Jean Pick
With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Paiyton Darleen Jane Pick, born July 21, 2002. She graduated from NKEC in 2020 with honours with distinction and had plans to go into nursing.
For those who knew Paiyton knew She brought immeasurable joy and light into our lives with her kind heart, great sense of humour, beautiful smile, and her love for helping people. She was her mother's precious gift, her mammy's ray of Sunshine, her Auntie Dee's princess and Pea to Ashton. In her spare time depending on what season it was, you’d find her anywhere by the water. She loved singing, dancing and relaxing by a bonfire. Family get togethers whether it be for a holiday or any occasion made her heart happy. She loved family time especially when she could cook for them.
“We ask that you remember her not for the way her life ended, but for the immense impact she had on the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing her.”
Paiyton is survived by her mother, Norma pick; brother, Ashton pick; grandmother, Val Lingard; aunt Bobbie (Jerry), Aunt Darby (Trevor Pye), several great aunts and uncles as well as several cousins.
Paiyton was predeceased by her grandfather, Darrell Pick.
