I met Perrine when I began working in the West Kings Area of schools. She was so kind and welcoming to me right from the start. She would set aside books of interest for me, and help me with cultural displays in the school. Perrine was very intelligent and great at her job as a librarian. She provided a safe space for students who didn’t always connect with their peers. She was such a thoughtful and compassionate person. I feel blessed to have known her and I am so sad that she passed away. To her family and close friends: please accept my sincere condolences. Perrine will be missed by all who knew her.

Perrine was not just a cousin to us 4 boys. She was like the little sister that we never had. From our earliest days, Perrine and her Mom would come out to visit with us on the weekends and share a meal and sometimes we would walk out to Greenfield for our favourite meal of Goulash that no one could cook like Gail. Us kids would spend countless hours together. Running around and just being kids with no worries or cares in the world. One of our fondest memories is during the summer months when we were supposed to be helping in the garden. We would pretend to help while secretly raiding the vegetable patch and sitting on the top of the hill to eat what we took. Perrine had an infectious laugh that echoed through the air as we snuck tomatoes, cucumbers and accidentally pulled out the whole plant. Those moments, filled with laughter and the simple joy of being together, are treasures we will always hold dear.
Perrine's sudden departure leaves a void that cannot be filled, but her memory lives on in the hearts of all who knew her. She was a beacon of light, a source of joy, and a beloved family member who made our lives richer and more meaningful. Rest in peace, dear Perrine. You will always be the little sister we never had, and your spirit will live on in our hearts and memories. Thank you for the joy, the laughter, and the love you shared with us.

Please accept our family's, heartfelt Condolence's. Perrine always gave much of herself, to those around her. Her time at West Kings was spent going above and beyond, to all and any student, that needed a safe harbor, during lunch breaks, spares, She offered what the school was unable to offer. A smile, laughter, often a yummy treat, a book debate, She gave these kids a Hugh hug, with out ever touching them. She always offered respect, Her safe zone, was one of a kind. As was Perrine. Hold tight to you "Book Of Memories" I am sure many students will cherish them for a lifetime.

I was fortunate enough to work with Perrine at Pine Ridge Middle School, a great librarian and we shared a love of books. I was also fortunate enough to teach Josh, a lovely young man, who was lucky enough to have such a dedicated, loving mother. My sympathies go out to her family at this most difficult time.

I knew Perrine from NSGEU, where I was a staff member. But some just stick out, and become friends. I considered her my friend although we have not been together in person since COVID and my retirement. With great sorrow I realize I do not have the chance now. SHe herself had so much tragedy and loss. A special woman. Condolences to you, her family. I am so very sorry for your loss and the loss for all of us.

Adam I knew your wonderful mother through our mutual employment at Pine Ridge Middle School. She had a wonderful sense of humour and was so very enthusiastic about her work. She organized wildly successful Book Fairs. Your mother was one of the strongest people I have ever met. Through all the heartache in her life she still managed to smile and find the good in life. She loved you so very very much. My heart goes out to you and Bailey at this impossibly heartbreaking time.

I've known Perrine for many years, since we were 'breaktime' buddies together at Pine Ridge. We've had so much fun over the years and my main memories are of her laughing. It's so hard to believe this has happened now and so suddenly and I'm still having moments of "oh, I'll ask Perrine about that". Will miss her immensely and my heart goes out to Adam, Jenny, Bailey, and Mum.

I consider myself very fortunate to have known Perrine as both colleague and friend at West Kings High School over the past decade. We enjoyed lengthy talks about our respective reading selections, often recommending books and authors to one another. Perrine always assisted my classes in selecting a novel to read and do a project on, something she thoroughly enjoyed. I also remember having taught her son, Adam, and my heart goes out to him at the sudden loss of his mom. She was a wonderful person who will be missed for her warmth, laughter and love of life in general.

Perrine was my co worker. She made my work days a little more bearable. Alway there if I needed to chat or go for a coffee or a nice meal. We hung out on the picket line a few yrs ago and she made it that much more fun. I will miss her honesty and tell it like it is attitude. Always remembered, never forgotten. RIP my dear friend.

Ms. Rozee was one of the kindest and most loving people I've even known. She was my librarian from elementary to high school, and I'll miss her dearly. She always had time to chat, and helped me through many difficult times.
My deepest condolences to her family and friends. She was a lovely individual, and I hope that she rests in peace.
Adam, I never met you, but know that your mother loved you so very much. She always spoke about you with such pride and joy, and I hope that you find comfort in knowing that.
