Dear Angie & family:
Very sorry to read of Garnard's passing - I remember him well from my time at Kingstec.
Alzheimer's robs everyone and especially hard for the family watching them go through
the process and loose more of them everyday.
The sadness will be replace with happy memories in time.

Hello Phyllis:
I am so sorry for your loss. Garnie and I shared the same vocation, teaching hair dressing for a few years at Kingsteck. He was a man of many talents and a very good friend. He will be sorely missed.

Sincere condolences to the family on Garnet's passing. I had the pleasure of being one of his students and like so many others loved my time in his classroom. He knew my mom when she was young and I loved when he told me things about her. May your many memories help you navigate this difficult path.

Ruth and I were very sorry to hear of Garnet's passing. We were very close friends of Garnet and his former wife Judy over the years. Garnet and I fished and hunted together, he taught Ruth and me how to plant a garden, and he shared his garden produce with us. We spent many evenings together at his home in White Rock playing cards, listening to 50's music, watching hockey games, and sharing more than a couple of beers. Judy made Ruth's wedding dress, Garnet was an usher in our wedding party, and they helped us plan and pull off our wedding and reception. Angie and Susan decorated our car. In recent years, Garnet gave each of us a beautifully painted rock--one of a loon and one of a chickadee. I was always astounded by the beauty and precision of his paintings and wood carvings. Garnet was a good friend, a great dad and grand dad, and a loving husband to Phyllis. Sincere condolences to his family and his friends.

Dear Angie and Family,
I am deeply sorry for the loss of your father and grandfather. Garnie was a kind-hearted person, a faithful friend and compassionate teacher. We shared a lot of laughs teaching at Kingstec but there was one thing Garnie would absolutely not share with me; where he used to harvest fiddleheads in Gaspereau! Every spring I would beg him to tell me, but he so enjoyed keeping it a secret. However he was always generous each spring giving me a grocery bag full of fiddleheads. Rest in peace Garnie.

I'm sorry to hear for the passing of Mr. Harrington. He was a man who enjoyed his cosmetology, class where I met him. Although it wasn't for me, he helped me get through the year and wished all the best. He was a man with a huge heart and will not be forgotten by those who knew him. Memories can never be taken away. Keep them close as you move on to a new chapter.
R.I.P Mr. Harrington.
