Obituary of Audrey Louise Hutt

Audrey Louise (Levy) Hutt, age 73, of Harbourville, died surrounded by her family on October 24, 2023, after a long and courageous battle with kidney disease. She was the daughter of the late David and Sadie Levy of Sheet Harbour Passage.

Known as a hard worker, Audrey and her husband David started and operated a sawmill for 25 years. Her next step took her to Larsens where she stayed for 12 years. Before she was ready to retire, she also spent a few years working alongside her sister as a caregiver.

Audrey will be fondly remembered as an avid volunteer and a kind and loving person to everyone around her. The tenderness that she showed us all will be remembered for generations to come.

Audrey is survived by her husband, David; son, William (Kimberly Tryon); sister, Peggy Levy; and grandchildren, William, David, and Lance.

In addition to her parents, Audrey was predeceased by her brothers, Robert, Kenny, William, Lindsay, James, Fraser, Ronald, and Stephen.

A Celebration of her life will be held at the Black Rock Recreation and Cultural Centre (4404 Black Rock Road, Black Rock) on Saturday, November 4, 2023, from 2-4 pm. Donations in memory of Audrey may be made to the PKD Foundation of Canada (Endpkd.ca).
