Obituary of Tiny May Jordan

Tiny May Jordan, age 73, of Berwick, passed away on July 29, 2023, in the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. She was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Fannie Hiltz.
In her earlier years, Tiny was a member of the Waterville Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 69, Berwick.
Tiny was a very hard worker, especially as the joint owner and operator of EM and T Bakery in Berwick. When she gave up the bakery, she went to work at Grand View Manor until her retirement.
When not working hard, Tiny loved going to the music festivals at Fox Mountain Campground with her sister Rose. When younger she spent her time playing darts and going square dancing. She also enjoyed doing crafts such as knitting and crocheting;and putting together jigsaw puzzles. Tiny had a green thumb and could often be found tending the various plants and flowers in her garden.
Tiny is lovingly remembered by sister, Rose Hiltz, Bridgetown; brother, William Hiltz, Woodville; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Tiny was predeceased by her husband, Henry; son, Timothy; half-siblings, Henry Nixon, Robert (Bucky) Nixon, Larry Hiltz, Harold Hiltz, and Lillian Hiltz.
Cremation has taken place and a private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Valley Regional Hospital Cancer Patient Navigator Fund.
