I hope this message finds you all in good health and peace. It is with a heavy heart that I share the news, that I have only found out today, of the passing of Henry William Graves, my biological father. As his daughter, I feel compelled to express my gratitude for the time we shared and to offer my heartfelt condolences to the community and family members who were a part of his life.
For those who may not be aware, my journey with Henry began when I was 25, and we reconnected after a significant absence. The complexities of our relationship, marked by his departure when I was just 2 years old and again at 25, have been a defining chapter in my life.
Today, as I reflect on his passing, I want to acknowledge the family and community that surrounded him during his final moments. While our relationship had its challenges, I take comfort in knowing that he was not alone and that he was surrounded by the love and support of those who cared for him.
