Janice and I send our condolences to friends and family of our good friend Alex. We have not seen Alex for many years but we have nothing but fond memories of his generosity, friendship, dedicated work ethic and love of friends and family. We are saddened that he left this place at such a young age as he always had a zest for life!!!

To all of those who knew and loved Alex over the years. I am so sorry for your loss, as Alex was a great person to work with in construction. I worked in Pubnico, Yarmouth County, back in the late 1970's with Alex and learned a lot from him. He was far too young to leave.

I'm stunned and shocked to learn of Alex's passing. He was a good man with a great, open heart, and he was a cherished member of our family for many years. My condolences to his family and loved ones.

I went to junior and senior high school with Al as well as playing hockey on 2 provincial championship teams with him in Calgary. We continued our adventure by hitch hiking across Canada to Antigonish to attend St. FX where we were roommates on 3rd floor MacIsaac ' the Zoo' . Many good times, he was a good friend and great teammate. Had not seen Al for years but memories of our time together will remain always. I send my deepest condolences to his family , he is well remembered by his former teammates on the 'Totems'. Rest well Alex.

Our condolences for your loss of your husband , father and grandfather. I remember Alex as member of the Calgary JrB Totems hockey team that I coached back in 1972. He was an extremely talented player and a wonderful teammate. The team will miss him dearly.
