Dear Barbra and family:
I am so sad to hear to the passing of your son Mark Aurini.
Recently, my grandson, Christopher, had the opportunity meet Mark as Court Reporter in Halifax.
They had plans to meet for a drink. But sadly Mark had closed his business and the meeting never took place.
It gives me pause at how fragile life is.
Barbra, we said we would meet for a coffee or a lunch .
As soon as Covid is over , we will do this.
All my sympathy to you and the family.
Cecile Aurini

Dear Cheryl, Charlotte, Jessica, Phil and family;
I am shocked to hear this sad news. I will miss that mischievous smile, funny sense of humor, and our talks about Negril.
In honor of you Mark, I shall raise a glass of Jamaican rum on the "nine-night" as we would in Jamaica. May all of you find some comfort and peace in your cherished memories of this wonderful man.

I was shocked to hear of Mark's untimely passing. To know Mark was to know his immense love for his precious daughters, Jessica and Charlotte. Mark will always be remembered as a bright and kind spirit - we shared many laughs practicing taekwondo at Tien Lung. My sincerest condolences to all of Mark's family and friends. Rest well, Mr. Aurini.
Your old sparring partner,
Robbie

Dear Aurini family, So sad to hear about Mark !
Chris and I learned a lot about life through high school from him. Mark, Brad and his buddies allowed us to be a bit more bold than normal, as they always had our backs. So many fun times...... Thanks for those memories, Mark...

Dear Aurini family.
Very sorry to read about your recent loss.
The business world brought Mark and I together.I respected Mark and I tried to creatively live out that respect on one occasion when I helped one of his staff obtain replacement court reporting equipment expeditiously so as to salvage a court reporting session.
Please accept my sympathies.
Sincerely, Sean Layden.

It's with profound sadness that we hear of Mark's passing. Mark loved life, he loved his family, friends and loved having people around and showing them a great time, I recall those rib-offs he and Phil put on for years, they were memorable.
Jessica and Charlotte your dad loved you deeply, you were his life and his sunshine, he was so proud of you.
May wonderful memories of your dad keep a smile on your face. May God give you strength and courage during this very difficult time-we feel your pain- we love you girls.
Cheryl, our condolences to you. Be strong.

I'm very sad to hear this.
Mark had an engaging and energetic personality that always made him a pleasure to work with.
He was a generous and diligent guy, and I have fond memories of chatting with him about work and life. He and I both shared a love of motorcycles, and I sorely regret that we were never able to coordinate a ride together.
My deepest condolences to his family and loved ones. He will be missed and I will pray for the repose of his soul.

Our love and condolences to you Cheryl - and to Mark’s Mom, daughters, family, and friends. Those close to Mark likely won’t be surprised to know that he endeared himself to his new Ottawa neighbours very quickly - always a wave and a smile...a joke or two. Mark was always busily working away on something putting his neighbours to shame. Mark straight up made us look incredibly lazy :) and was always ready to help others. We are saddened by this loss and are sorry we won’t be able to catch that hockey game we’ve talked about. The first glass we raise when we’re back in the Canadian Tire Centre will be to Mark. To celebrate him we are proud to support RMHC Atlantic in Halifax and their amazing work to keep families close to their sick children. Our sympathies. xx

My deepest condolences and sympathy to Mark's children Charlotte and Jessica, his partner Cheryl and his family. I met him in 1995 - a business relationship, but we became friends quickly, how could you not with Mark! He made me laugh so many times...he has a true and wild spirit and that spirit will continue to soar; his legacy lives on in his two beautiful girls and the many memories we all have of him.
