I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Gordon, he was a kind and caring person. I was the Chef at the Pines for many years and Gordon worked very hard during his time there. I had a big Herb Garden with a few Vegetable and Gordon would usually work there 1 Day a week. When I left the Pines in 2008 (with permission), I took a few herbs from the Garden to transplant in my home garden in Halifax, so in a way I still have a part of Gordon here with me in the yard which I will cherish.
He has such a love for animals and a big heart.
