Obituary of Marion Betty Watton

Marion Betty (Walsh) Watton, 74 of Aylesford passed away peacefully on October 26, 2019 in the Grand View Manor, Berwick.  Born in Wolfville, she was the daughter of the late James and Effie (Atwell) Walsh.

She was no stranger to hard work, and enjoyed many years of farm work.  Marion was not shy about telling you how she felt and never left you guessing where you stood with her.

Marion is survived by her loving and caring companion Jeffery Keddy; sons David (Tanja) Watton and Jim (Sherry) Nason; daughter Laura (Colin) Watton; her loving and devoted sisters Barbara (Rod) Potter, Scots Bay; Doris Salsman, Kentville; Violet (Stephen Prall) Graves, Aylesford; her loving brothers Carl (Marguerite) Dennis, Coldbrook; Freamond Dennis, New Germany; nine wonderful grandchildren that she adored: A.J., Jessica, Vanessa, Kevin, Nick, Ronald, Dustin, Sara and Jesse; and also her two great-grandchildren: Ezra and Seth; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sisters Joyce Bishop and Linda Dennis; brothers Johnnie, Maynard, Albert and David.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the staff at Grand View Manor, and a special thank you to Tracey, Michelle and Tammy for their exceptional care and friendship offered to Marion.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at 2:00 pm in the Berwick Funeral Chapel, private family burial will immediately follow the service.
