Obituary of Reginald Ross Bennett

Reginald Ross Bennett, 85 of Berwick  passed away on September 5, 2018 in Grand View Manor.  Born in Pereau, he was the son of the late Dilbert and Vilda (Ross) Bennett.

Reginald was a proud resident of Berwick most of his 85 years.  Twenty-seven years of his career was spent in the old Graves Juice Plant.  He could remember every inch of the production plant as though he was still there.

He was a very private person, but enjoyed a home-cooked meal that was shared with a special friend or two.  Reginald was a lover of music, and in his later years he shared this love with a special companion that was also a resident of Grand View Manor.

On Reginald’s behalf, a strong heart felt thank you to the staff and volunteers of Grand View Manor for enriching his life and the care given to him in his final days.

A visitation will take place on Friday September 7, 2018 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday September 8, 2018 at 2:00 pm. Both, visitation and service will be held in the Berwick Funeral Chapel. Family Flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to the March of Dimes Canada, Post-Polio Canada Program.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Berwick Funeral Chapel, 192 Commercial Street, Berwick, NS, B0P 1E0 (902-538-9900).
