Obituary of Kathryn Joy Tupper

Please share a memory of Kathryn to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
It is with great sadness that the family of Kathryn Joy Tupper, age 60, of Nicholsville, announces her passing on August 6, 2018 in Soldiers Memorial Hospital with her family by her side. Born in Berwick, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Beulah (Keddy) Harris. She was a lifetime resident of the community where she met and married the love of her life, Wayne Tupper, whom she was married to for the past 40 years. Wayne and Kathryn had two wonderful sons, Anthony (Erin) and Jason (Lindsay), who she loved more than anything in this world. She worked in the printing and publishing industry for the majority of her life, with the best years last spent with the wonderful staff at Inkspot Printing and Embroidery in New Minas. She particularly loved puzzles, Centre Stage Theatre, the Bay of Fundy and many weekends at Lake Paul with her lifetime best friend Carla (Rick) Gillis. She is survived by her husband Wayne and two sons Anthony and Jason, brothers Glendon (Diane), Brian (Linda), sister Valerie Wilson (Bob) brothers Richard and Arthur and numerous nieces and nephews who thought the world of her. Besides her parents, Charles and Beulah, she was predeceased by her sisters Barbara and Linda. Following Kathryn's wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Kathryn's life will be held at the Morristown Community Hall this Sunday, August 12 from 3pm to 5pm. In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr., Coldbrook, NS, B4P 1B9 (902-679-2822).
