I wish to pass on to the family of Wendy my deepest condolences. I have met Wendy over the years through the CIC movement: at its many officer courses, HMCS Acadia, and Regional Cadet Gatherings and Sail Exercises. She was strong, determined and lively in character. An asset to her family, cadets and community. Loved her humor. She will be greatly missed by all those whom had the pleasure of being in her presents.
