Robert Edward Colbon, age 74 of Halifax died peacefully at home after a long battle with COPD.
He was predeceased by his mother Helen; sister Janet and brother Douglas.
He is survived by his wife Ruth; brother Richard; daughters Dawn and Dana; sons Dennis and Keith; stepdaughter Lisanne; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
There will be a private Celebration of Life ceremony at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr., Coldbrook, NS, B4P 1B9 (902-679-2822).
