Sandra Elaine MacLean of Debert was called to her Heavenly Home on April 6, 2018. She is survived by her seven children Steven Weatherby, Tony (Sherry) Weatherby, Kathy (Don) MacKay, Mark Weatherby, Laurie (Dan) Coleman, Julie Fisher, Wade (Cathy) Weatherby and her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Fondly remembered by her former husband of over 30 years, Arnold Weatherby with whom she shared her children, as well as her brother Philip (Jessie) MacLean, Joan Currie, Dora (Alton) Archibald, David (Janet) MacLean, Fran (Jim) Parr, Marilyn (Mike) Oakley. She is predeceased by her sisters, Sharon Savoie and Brenda MacLean, son-in-law Wade Fisher and beloved grandsons, Anthony Colborne and Terry Priest and great granddaughter Bleu Roberts. Born May 24,1941, Sandi grew up in Debert and Brookside. She was married at a young age and her family was the center of her life. She was a volunteer at the Disabled Consumer Society in the late 70's-early 80's and her heart was always for those less fortunate. She was a generous person and was never happier than when giving to others. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her, however she had great faith in her Lord and Saviour and in whom she, and her family, believe will all one day be reunited. A Celebration of Sandra's Life will be held on April 13, 2018 at 2:00 pm in the Faith Baptist Church, Great Village. In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr. (902-679-2822).
