Chester J. White, 77 of Plympton passed away on November 19, 2017 in the Digby General Hospital.
Chester was a devote member of the Plympton Baptist Church. He worked for Karl Cole for 10 years, his career took his to working on road construction; which he retired after 17 years from the Department of Transportation.
He had a love for hunting and fishing as well as card playing and gatherings with family and friends.
Chester is survived by his loving wife Sherry White of Plympton; sons Leonard of Gilbert's Cove; Ronald (Irene) of East Dover; daughter Tina (Ian) of Alberta; brother Keith (Suzanne) of Windsor Junction; sister Sheila (Larry) of Plympton; nephews Adam; Patrick and their families.
He was predeceased his parents Leonard and Katherine White.
There will be funeral service as per Chester's wishes. Family Flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to the NS Heart & Stroke Foundation. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr. (902-679-2822).
