He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Sylvia; children Donna (Eric); Joanne (Murray); grandchildren Willson (James); Parker and Dawson.
Rodger was predeceased by his son Kenneth and his parents Ruby and Gerald Lowe
Memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke
Foundation. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr. (902-679-2822).
