Marie Jeane "Rhea" (Larivée) White, 74 of Conway, Digby Co., (formally of West Lawrencetown) passed away October 9, 2017 in the Yarmouth Regional Hospital surrounded by her loving family. A dedicated mother and homemaker, Rhea held many occupations and made time volunteering within her community and other charitable organizations. She loved to joke and found laughter was the best medicine with everyone she met along life`s journey. Rhea visited many a BINGO Hall and loved cribbage and 45`s. Hockey and NASCAR were her favorite past times, too. In retirement, Rhea and her hubby were seasoned snowbirds and made many friendships and lasting memories along their adventures. She loved animals, expecially her dog, Otis. Rhea is survived by her husband, Robert of 55 years; her daughters Wendy (Dan) Holland; Shelley (Jim) Lynch; son Michael (Alicia); her grandchildren Ryan LaPierre, Nicole, Stacey, Kevin Holland, Aden Lynds; her siblings Eric (Bernice) Larivée; Diane (Ron) Tibert; Helen Robinson; Germaine Gagne; Louis (Marielle) Gagne; sister-in-law Lucy Larivée and many nieces and nephews. Rhea was predeceased by her mother and father, Fernande and Desiré Larivée; brothers Raymond and Philippe. A Celebration of Life will be held on October 21, 2017 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm in the Good Shepherd Church, 3621 Lawrencetown Road, NS. Interment will take place at a later date. Family Flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr. (902-679-2822).
