Obituary of Stephen Grant Folker

Please share a memory of Stephen to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Stephen Grant Folker, 58 of Cambridge passed away in his home on July 20, 2017. He was born a special child and grew into a special person who touched the hearts of everyone he met. Stephen had to overcome many challenges but he did not want to be thought of by his "disability", he just wanted to be one of the boys. Stephen was an avid biker and a member of the Veteran Commandos Motorcycle Club. He was a true "biker", through and through loving the freedom of the ride. But, when the colder months came and he was not able to ride the open roads, he would let the creative side soar by drawing anything that came to his imagination or he would use his skills to carve beautiful artwork out of wood. Steve was a very talented man and a great husband; who loved his family and friends and was deeply loved by them. He will be greatly missed. He is survived by his wife Yvonne Pearl; mother Joyce Louise; sisters Dawne Darlene Tickell; Debra Joyce Polaski; Wendy Susan; brother Harvey Wayne nieces Shannen; Sarah; Jessica; Melissa; Christy; Micayla and nephew Jefferey. Stephen was predeceased by his father Grant Beverly. A visitation will take place on July 26, 2017 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on July 27, 2017 at 2:00 pm, both in the Berwick Funeral Chapel. Family Flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to the Veteran Commandos Motorcycle Club or a charity of your choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Berwick Chapel, 192 Commercial Street Berwick (902-538-9900).
