Myrna Ruth Butler (Lenihan), 84 of Kingsport passed away peacefully in her home on January 17, 2017. Born in New Ross on October 16, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Maria Lenihan. She is survived by daughters Dorothy of Yarmouth; Shirley (Mawson) Baltzer of Woodville; Donna (Murray) Chase of Aylesford; Linda Strong of Canning; sons Basil (Betty) Butler of Kingsport; Barry (Wilma) Butler Fredericton, NB; Bruce (Darlene) Butler of Yarmouth; Terry (Lisa) Butler of Kentville; Jeffrey (Carla) Butler of Greenwich; very special friend Linda Keddy; her cat Blackie; 40 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Myrna was predeceased by her husband Ernest Barcley Butler; son Robert; daughters Mary and Eliabeth; son-in-law Malcolm; brother Lester and sister Rosey. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Lindsay Annapolis Valley Funeral Home & Chapels, Wolfville Chapel, 568 Main Street Wolfville (902-542-4656). A visitation will take place on Friday January 20, 2017 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday January 21, 2017 at 2:00 pm in the Wolfville Chapel. Family Flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to the Crohn's and Colitis Canada.
