My wife and I were patients of Dr. Verge for almost 30 years. In 2001, we retired from the Dartmouth area but still had an opportunity to see Dr. Verge on several visits back to Dartmouth. He was without a doubt, the finest family physician I have ever met, working 4 nights a week in his Office seeing patients and there is no doubt, without his support and direction, I would not be alive today as his assistance would lead to bypass heart surgery and both a brain aneurysm and a stomach aneurysm. He was a fine man who dedicated his life to his patients and we was sadly missed when he retired. My condolences to the Verge family for your loss.
