I offer my sincere sympathy to the family of Garnet Keddy. I only knew him as a child when I lived in New Ross. As children, he tagged along with his sisters when we played. This is how I remember him. It does not surprise me that he grew into a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. I only met him once as an adult and that was at my Uncle George Keddy's funeral. My deepest regrets for your loss. Gloria Marshall

Dear Twila and Family: I wish to express my deepest sympathy on the loss of a husband and Dad. I would see Garnet occasionally while out and about with Mom and he never failed to make me smile with his quick sense of humor and cheerful outlook. Mom says she can't believe the last of her childhood playmates has gone. Time slips by all too quickly. Hugs to all.

Garnet was a wonderful man - he always had a warm smile, sparkling eyes and a friendly hello. I remember being a child attending church in New Ross listening to him in the choir and also as a child seeing him in the woods when I would tag along with Dad and Uncle Philson going 'Down South'.
Garnet was well loved and respected by all who knew him. A kinder man would be difficult to find.
My love and sympathy to you all...xoxoxo

Uncle Garnet was one of the kindest and gentlest man that I have ever known. As soon as he saw you he would smile and walk towards you and give you his special hug. He made me feel so loved. As he hugged he would often whisper "hello doll". My fondest memories growing up were the summers/weekends that I spent at Uncle Garnet's & Aunt Twilah's home. They were a beautiful loving couple with great values and they raised four beautiful children. My deepest sympathy to each one of you. xo
