Melanson, Ronald "Ron" Joseph, 75 of Kentville formely of Plympton passed away in the Valley Regional Hospital on June 2nd, 2016. Born in Plympton he was the son of the late Handford and Jessie (Amero) Melanson of Plympton.
Ron is survived by his loving girlfriend of nine years, Judy Welton of Tupper Lake, his children and grandchildren, sister Diane, brothers; Floyd, Eldridge, Daley, Junior,and Clyde.
He was predeceased by his loving wife of 42 years, Gertrude (Gennette) 2003, Brother Jim, sisters; Ruby and Georgina.
Arrangements have been entrustred to Serenity Lindsay Annapolis Valley Funeral Home and Chapels, Coldbrook (902-679-2822). No service as per Rons wishes. Memorial Donations may be made to the Cancer Society. On line condolences may be made by visiting www.serenitylindsayfuneralhome.ca
