Myrtle Marquerite Mewton, 96, of Lake George, NS, passed away on the 20th of April, 2016 in her home with your husband Douglas by her side.
Myrtle was a member of the Women's Fire Department Auxiliary and the Good Sam Club of RV Enthusiasts. She had many years of enjoying RV travelling to country jamborees.
She is survived by her loving spouse, Douglas Mewton, son Mark of British Columbia and daughter Shelley of Yarmouth, NS.
Myrtle was not only predeceased by her parents Lloyd and Lois Lutz of Lake Paul but also five brothers and one sister.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Lindsay Berwick Funeral Chapel, 192 Commercial Street Berwick (902-538-9900) where a visitataion will take place on Tuesday, April 26th from 7-9 pm at the Berwick Funeral Chapel. A Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 27th at 2:00 pm in the Morristown Baptist Church with reception to follow. Family Flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Society.
