Winott (Brydon), Lillian Pauline
Age 93, of Harmony, Kings Co. passed away in Shannex - Orchard Court in Kentville on Tuesday, January 26, 2016. Born on the family farm in Black Rock, Kings Co., on April 06, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Rupert and Edna (Pineo) Brydon, the third eldest of 10 children. She was a very kind and considerate wife, sister and aunt. After graduating from Normal College she taught in many different rural schools in Kings County, including West Kings High School, retiring from Kingston Elementary. She is survived by sisters Marjorie MacPherson and Pearl (Willis) Huntley both of White Point and Jean (John) Ens of Digby, a brother Avard (Judy) Brydon of Black Rock and a sister-in-law Eleanor Brydon of Berwick. Also a great many nieces and nephews that she cherished as her own. Predeceased by her beloved husband Paul Winott, sisters Mildred Cotter, Leonore Spinney and brothers William, Phillip and Edward. She enjoyed sharing her Bible hope with others as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 6 at 2 pm in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 337 Main St, Kingston, with her nephew Philip Spinney officiating.
