Kathleen Elizabeth Weatherbee (Kaye) - 89 of White Rock, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at the Valley Regional Hospital.
She was predeceased by her husband Albert but will be fondly remembered by her children David (Eileen) Weatherbee and Wendy (Vernon) Vella. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Amanda (Paul) Vella, Katie (Jeremy) Nicholl and Trina (Tristan) Weatherbee as well as her great- grandchildren Andrew and Lucy Nicholl.
Kaye was a proud member of the Silver and Gold Club of Wolfville. She loved spending time walking around the mall and having “a Timmy’s” with friends. In the summer, she enjoyed being with family at the Evangeline Beach Campground.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. John’s Anglican Church, the VON or the charity of your choice.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Lindsay Annapolis Valley Funeral Home and Chapels. A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 21, 2:00 pm at Wolfville Funeral Chapel at 568 Main St Wolfville. On line condolences may be made by visiting www.serenitylindsayfuneralhome.ca
