Obituary of David Lunn

David Brenton Lunn June 2, 1950-November 12,2015 Lunn, David Brenton of New Ross passed away peacefully at home on November 12, 2015. Born in Kentville NS on June 2, 1950 he was the son of the late Elva (Kerr) and John Lunn. David worked at the Milnes garage for 30 plus years and was a dedicated member of the New Ross Firefighters Auxiliary, member of the New Ross Legion Branch #79 and a former member of Citizens on Patrol. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Shirley (Pye) daughter Wendy (Kevin) Moore, mother-in-law Florence Pye (known to David as “MOM”). David was predeceased by his parents and brother Charlie Lunn. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends including his “Side Kick” black lab Issac, and “Best Buddies” Mark & Hayden Broome. A Funeral service will be held at the New Ross Baptist Church on Thursday November 19th, 2:00 pm with Rev Doug Porter officiating. Interment to take place at the Baptist cemetery.
