Obituary of Brenda Finley
Please share a memory of Brenda to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Brenda Lorraine Finley-58 Of Morden, Kings Co NS.
It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our wonderful wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend. After Brenda's long battle with cancer she passed peacefully at home. Brenda was one of a kind. She always went above and beyond in any given circumstances, she was a lady that always wore a smile and her big heart on her shoulders. She had a great love for her family and a passion for scrap booking and card making. Brenda also had a passion for NASCAR Racing. Her husband was only second to her Main Man Dale Earnhardt Junior #88. She never missed a car race and every opportunity she got she headed to the States. Her love for life was heading out on a weekend to Fundy Trail campground to spend endless hours entertaining and preparing food for half of the campground and spending hours with family and friends around the campfire pit. Brenda was employed at Liberty Lodge in Berwick for 21 years. Even after her illness she took great pleasure to visit the clients and still be part of the team.
Brenda was the daughter of Phyllis Sweeney and the late Robert Charles Sweeney of Berwick.
She leaves behind her husband David, of 40 years; children Amanda(Morden), Jeffrey (Natalie) Fredericton and her pride and joy grandson Cammron. Her large family; Brother Brian Sweeney (Trenton) Sisters, Donna Best (Greenwood), Marilyn Swinimer (Aylesford), Gale Scholt (Camrose), Sherrill Sweeney (Berwick). Special friends Graham and Cindy (Greenwood). She was predeceased by her son Bradley Allen Finley and sister Nancy.
