Obituary of Ronald Herbert Edwards

EDWARDS, Ronald Herbert, Age 68 of St. Croix, passed away on March 25th, 2015, surrounded by family and friends in Hants Community Hospital. A son of Donald and Beulah (Hazel), Ron was born September 28th, 1946 and grew up in Three Mile Plains. Ron was very wise and educated in the ways of Mother Nature. He and his family spent a lot of time at his camp on Panuke Lake where he made sure he taught his wife and two sons the importance of respecting and living off the land. Ron will be greatly missed by his devoted wife, Donna (Wood), and sons, Chris of Upper Burlington; and Dennis (Sonia) of Brooklyn. He is also survived by sisters: Donna, Lillianne, Kathy and brother, Ralph. He also leaves behind several honorary grandchildren that brought him much joy, along with nieces and nephews that he loved so much. A Celebration of Ron’s Life will be held in St. Croix Community Hall on Tuesday, March 31st at 2 p.m. Memorial donations can be made to Palliative Care at Hants Community Hospital.
