BENTLEY, Keith Parker 92, passed away peacefully at his home in Northville, Kings County, on March 11, 2015. Born on May 20, 1922 he was the son of the late Henry and Maie (Parker) Bentley. Keith is survived by daughters Ruth, Northville, NS; Margaret, Northville, NS; Dawn Gavel (Jamie Nicholson), Kingston, NS; Laurie (Duane) Brown, Kanata, ON; grandchildren: Steven, Nicholas, Marc, Amanda, Josh and three great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law: Muriel Hartlin, Enid MacKay, Elsie Hartlin. Predeceased by wife of 47 years Joyce (Hartlin); brothers Kenneth and George. Keith was a dairy farmer on the family Century Farm. He had served as Deacon for 41 years, and Treasurer for 30 years at the Billtown United Baptist Church. He was proud of having one of the largest cherry trees in the county. A Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2015 from 2 p.m. 4 p.m. at the Coldbrook Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Drive, Coldbrook. Funeral Service will be held at the Billtown United Baptist Church on Tuesday, March 17th at 11 a.m.; Rev. Gail Whalan-Dunn officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Donations may be made to the Billtown United Baptist Church or a charity of ones choice.
