Obituary of Angus Anthony Saulnier

Age 80, of Weymouth, passed away Wednesday, August 13th, 2014 at his home. Born in Saulnierville Station he was a son of the late Jean and Grace (Comeau) Saulnier. Angus worked as an accomplished painter and contractor for 65 years. Angus leaves behind his wife of 51 yrs, Florence Saulnier; son, Jimmy (Tammy), Weymouth Mills; daughters, Cathy (Bob) Chalmer, Digby, Joyce (Jason) Weaver, Edson, Alberta; brothers, Nelson, Weymouth, Norman, Dartmouth, Walter, Grosses Coques, and Raymond, Weymouth Mills; grandchildren, Michael, Rick, Josh, Lindsay, Mitchell, Tyler, Keith, Leah, Trevor, Jaydin and Ethan. He was predeceased by brothers Alfred, Donald and Ivan; sisters Elsie Blinn, Yvonne and May. Angus was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #67. Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, August 19th, 2014 at 11am at the St. Josephs Church, Weymouth with Father Henry Smolenaars officiating. A reception will follow in the Church Hall. Interment at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of ones choice.
