Obituary of Gerald Clarence Wolsey

Wolsey, Gerald Clarence – Age 63 of Berwick, peacefully passed away with his loving family by his side on July 30, 2014 at Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Berwick on December 18, 1950, he was the son of the late Donald and Thelma (Rhodenizer) Wolsey. After retirement from Larsen’s, Gerald enjoyed working on vehicles in his spare time as well as hunting, fishing and the great outdoors. He will be sadly missed by his wife of 42 years, Marlene (Taylor); daughters, Tammy (Tony) Harper of Lakeville, Natasha (Bill) Melanson of Berwick, Jessica Baltzer of Berwick; sisters, Donna (Brian) Aalders of Waterville and Karen Wolsey of Coldbrook; brothers, Kevin (Debbie) of Parrsboro and Donnie (Irene) of Dartmouth; grandchildren Sara, Kayla and Kendra Harper, Zoe and Cody Melanson and Giffin Baltzer; also several nieces and nephews. In keeping with Gerald’s wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or service. Donations made to the charity of donor’s choice would be appreciated by his family.
