Obituary of Patricia Marie Wallace

Wallace, Patricia Marie – Age 68, passed away peacefully Friday May 23, 2014 in the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born in Pictou, she was a daughter of the late Dorothy (Hendrican) Mingo. Pat was a highland dance, she enjoyed swimming, playing cards, bingo, dances, flea markets, yard sales and auctions. She is survived by daughters Darlene Wallace (Ian Gillespie), Pine Tree, Pictou Co.; Lisa Wallace(Brian Allan) , Harmony; brother Tommy Hendrican, Ottawa; half-brothers Jimmy Mingo, Truro; Danny Mingo, Ontario; Paul Mingo, Ontario; Christopher Mingo, Antigonish; half-sisters Debra Lattie, Debert; Sherry Raymond, Truro; Nancy Mingo, Ontario; nine grandchildren; Riley, Hope, Liam, Natasha, Melissa, Johnathan, Jade, Turner, Brogan one great granddaughter; Madison, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by husband John “Bill” William Wallace; son John William Wallace; brothers Leo Hendrican, Ernie Hendrican, Peter Hendrican, Billy Hendrican; sisters Marion “ Boo” Mingo, Olive Parsons, Laura Maclean. As per Patricia’s request, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made a charity of one’s choice.
