My condolences to the family of Mme Gimenez. I was a student of hers in the 1970s, at Acadia, and have such a wonderful memory of how kind and gracious she was to an Anglophone whose French grammar wasn't all that it could be! I just happen to be in Nova Scotia for the past few days (from Ottawa), and saw the notice of her death in the paper. Again, I am so sorry for your loss.

Thinking of Renee with great fondness. I was her tenant for 7 years. She was so kind to me. We would often have lovely conversations and share stories. I loved my years in her home. My condolences to you at this difficult time.
