McKenzie, Jeffrey Michael Glenn, 19 of Coldbrook, Kings Co .passed away tragically Saturday, February 02, 2008. Born in Halifax, he was the son of Tina MacDonald (Ritchie) and step-father Todd MacDonald. Jeffrey??s interests included, baseball, Nascar and music. He believed in living life to the fullest. Surviving also is his father, Chris McKenzie; sister, Krista McKenzie, Truro; step-sisters: Katherine Bruce, Halifax; Stephanie Bruce, Toronto; half-brother, Devon McKenzie, Dartmouth; godfather, Michael (Rizzo) Ritchie and godmother, Laura Nelson (McKenzie). Jeff was a treasured grandson of Gloria Ritchie; Cecilia and Glenn McKenzie and Bernice MacDonald. He will be sadly missed by numerous aunts and uncles. Jeffrey was predeceased by grandfathers: Raymond Ritchie and John MacDonald and Aunt Deanna Ritchie. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday in the Annapolis Valley Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr. (Exit 14), Coldbrook. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday February 7th in the Coldbrook Baptist Church, Coldbrook. Rev. Gary Countway officiating. Interment will take place in Dartmouth at a later date.
