Henderson, Bradley Densmore, 71 of Kingston, Kings Co. passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, December 20, 2007 in the Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in Antigonish he was the son of the late Paul & Hester (Hirschfeld) Henderson. Bradley proudly served in the Canadian Armed Forces from 1953 to 1976, serving both in the Navy & the Air Force & retired as a Master Warrant Officer 2nd class. He volunteered for the Kingston Pharmasave Shuttle service from Kingston to Halifax. He was active in coaching baseball & spent many years with his family at the military campground, Lake Pleasant . Surviving besides his wife, Carol (Dalrymple) is son, Scott (Oonga), Kingston; daughters: Cheryl (Timothy Brown), Melvern Square; Kelly (Dwayne Charlton), Aylesford; Lisa (Wally Bennett), Windsor. Bradley was a proud grandfather to Chris, Kerri (Alex), Candice (Corey) , Christopher, Kailey, Todd (Christine), Tylor & great grandchildren, MacKenzie, Daniel & Thomas; sister, Mary (Lindsay) Shaw, Halifax; brothers: Graham (Helen), Dartmouth; Vincent, Dartmouth; Terrance (Janet), Halifax & David (Lina), Greenwood. He was predeceased by brothers: Bain & Roger; sister, Pauline.Bradley will be greatly missed by his family & friends.Cremation has taken place under the care & direction of the Annapolis Valley Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr., Coldbrook. No visitation by family request. A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 22nd in the Kingston United Church, Kingston. Rev. Michael Mugford will officiate. Reception to follow in the church hall. Interment will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bradley??s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
