Ross?, Gaston Lucien, 85 of Coldbrook, Kings Co. passed away Monday, November 19, 2007 in the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Saulcy (Berne), Switzerland, he was the son of the late Joseph and Alice Pauline (Collet) Ross?. Gaston served in the Canadian Navy from 1940 to 1945. He was employed with T. Eaton & Co. for over thirty years until his retirement. He is survived by his wife, the former, Edna (Sampson) Ross?; sons: Glen (Judy), Winnipeg; Raymond (Carol), Dartmouth; granddaughter, Colette, Abbotsford, B.C.; brother, Henry, Ladysmith, B.C.; sister-in-law, Marg Ross?, Rossland, B.C.. Gaston was predeceased by his twin brother, Joseph; sisters: Jeanette & Marguerite. No visitation by family request. Funeral mass will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 22 from St. Joseph??s Roman Catholic Church, Kentville. Rev. Father Craig Christenson officiating. Reception to follow in the church hall. Private family burial in Holy Cross Cemetery, Kentville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of choice.
