Obituary of Aimee Rose Pecile

Pecile, Aim?e Rose, (nee Raymond) of Halifax passed quietly away in the early morning of Saturday, May 11, 2013 in Abbie J. Lane Memorial Building, QEII, Halifax. She was born in Matane, Quebec. Aim?e was an accomplished pianist who enjoyed all forms of music and was involved with several drama groups and choirs in Halifax. In her later years, she also enjoyed painting with oil and watercolors. She is survived by daughters, Fioretta (Derrick Bouchard) and grandchildren, Gabrielle (Derek Berg), Mallory and Craig; great grandson, Micah; Benita (Stephen Shaw) and grandchildren, Tristan, Nolan and Evan; Francesca (Howard Rake) and grandchildren, Emily and Mackenzie. Aim?e was predeceased by her husband, Guerrino. There will be no service by request. Cremation has taken place under the care & direction of the Annapolis Valley Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, Coldbrook. Donations in memory maybe made to Easter Seals Nova Scotia, to support the work they do with polio survivors.
