I am saddened to learn of Isachr(39)s passing. I was honoured to have shared in her care while she was a patient at VRH. She was a sweet and kind soul who loved her family dearly. May you take comfort in the life you shared and the wonderful memories that you made. She will live on in your heart forever. Please accept my deepest sympathy during this very difficult time.
