KELLY, Thelma Elizabeth - 83, Halifax, passed away peacefully December 5th, 2012, in Northwood. Centre. Born in Weymouth Falls, Digby Co., she was a daughter of the late Asa and Gertrude (Scott) Langford. She worked as a housekeeper for many years in the United States. She was a member of Mount Beulah Baptist Church, Weymouth Falls. She was predeceased by husband, Wilbert Kelly. She is survived by son, Aldon Johnson; grandson, Aldon Johnson, Halifax; granddaughters lara Johnson, Montreal; Allison Drummond, Sackville; great-grandson, Devonte Jones, Ottawa; five great-grandsons; two great-granddaughters; sister, Annie (Robert) Silva, Toronto; brother, William (Carmel) Vancouver; Daughter -in-law Debbie Johnson, many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters, Emma Tyner, Beverly, Pauline; brothers, Donald, Lawrence "Mannie", Earl, Melvin; brother-in-law, Deacon Maurice Parsons. Memorial service will be held in Northwood Centre Penthouse 10 a. m. Monday, December 10th Bishop Joyce Robart officiating. Burial in the spring in Weymouth Falls. Donations can be made to Northwood Centre. Thanks to the staff at Northwood Centre for all their care.
