BEAUSEJOUR, Linda Dianne (Long) RN - 61, Aldersville, passed away suddenly on October 2, 2012 at home. Born on October 12, 1950, she was a daughter of Murray and Betty (Swinimer) Long, New Ross. Linda loved to keep busy caring for her many pets as well her passion for gardening, cooking, baking, crafts and camping. She was known by all for her very kind and generous social spirit. Linda worked as a Registered Nurse for the VON, The South Shore Regional Hospital, the Blanchard Fraser Memorial Hospital and in the Valley Regional Hospital. She was proud of her nursing which she devoted many years to. Linda had a caring, good work ethic and enjoyed a special bond with colleagues and patients. Linda will be sadly missed by family, friends, colleagues and her Yorkies, Bella, Studly, Yazi and Maci. Besides her parents, Linda is survived by her beloved husband Scott; sons, Steven (Janice) Millett, Hubbard?¢s, Kyle (Charlene) Millett, Chester Grant, Trevor (Karen) Millet, Chester Grant; stepdaughter, Jennifer Beausejour (Mark), New Minas; stepson, Shawn Beausejour, Halifax; grandchildren, Shelby, Kaylea, Josh, Kelsey, Montana, Riley, Brooklyn and Savanna; sisters, Mary Ellen (Miles) Reeves, New Ross, Angela Webber, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL; brother Murray (Irene) Long, Chester and Danny (Sharon) Long, Western Shore; aunts, uncles and many nieces and nephews. Linda was predeceased by her baby sister, Jocelyn Marie. Cremation has taken place. The family will greet relatives and friends for a time of fellowship, reflection and celebration for Linda?¢s life from 2-4 p.m. Saturday October 6, 2012 in Serenity Lindsay Funeral Home, 4935 Highway#12, New Ross. Burial will be at a later date. Donations in memory of Linda may be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or to the Canadian Diabetes Association for Nova Scotia.
