Please share a memory of Victor to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
STRONG, Victor Ervin - 62, Of South Waterville, passed away suddenly in Lebanon, Indiana. Born in Berwick, he was a son of Joyce (Aalders) and the late Stuart Strong, South Waterville. For more than 40 years, Victor dedicated his life to the open road, driving transport truck mainly for Easson?¢s Transport in Berwick. Over the course of his career, he made countless friends both home and away, and there were not too many places he could not travel without bumping into an old friend. Victor will be remembered for his remarkable story-telling capabilities and his eagerness to share his love of trucking. Always searching for a ââ?¬Ã?deal?¢, Victor enjoyed shopping for tools, shoes, and more tools. He enjoyed ââ?¬Ã?fine?¢ dining as well as a good home cooked meal. During the summer months, he loved to attend the local Pro-Stock races with his close friends. Victor was a softhearted man, who always took the time to stop and talk. He was devoted to his profession, and died doing what he loved. Victor will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Besides his mother, he is survived by his loving wife, Linda (Brown); sons, Ken (Amy), South Waterville; Cameron (Emily), Laconia; brothers, Gerald (Dora), South Berwick; David (Betty), South Berwick; Larry (Bernandette), South Berwick; sister, Cathy Strong, Somerset; as well as several nieces and nephews.
