Kay, Paulette (Mazzie) Faye- 60, Delhaven passed away peacefully Thursday, March 22, 2012 at home. Born in Wolfville she was the daughter of Doug Croft and the late Ruby Morley.She is survived by husband Ralph and brothers Teddy (Karen) Brooklyn, Garth (Sharon) New Minas, Gary (Patty) White Rock, Randy Melvin (Valery) Edmonton, Marshal Melvin (Tina) Edmonton. Step sisters Wanda Wozniak Brantford On, Cindy Vankristium (John) Princeston On. son Robbie Millett (Blomidon), daughters Ginnett Millett (Wolfville) and Jennifer Smeltzer (Bill) New Minas. Grandsons, Jessie, Billy, Austin, Michael, Bryson, Hayden and Tyler for who she created many bedtime stories and filled their lives with dreams. Paulette was predeceased by brother Brian Croft, Coldbrook.Paulette worked many local farms in the community but truly enjoyed her time at Darrell (Pat) and Elinor Woolaver Farm with Barbie by her side. She was a member of the Canning Chapter 4810 of Tops where Irene, Julie and Freda soon became part of her ever-growing family. Paulette was solely devoted to her family and husband, loved gardening, traveling and crafts. Cremation has taken place. Funeral Service will at 3 pm Wednesday March 28, 2012 at the Gaspereau Baptist Church followed by Interment at Gaspereau Cemetery with reception to follow at Gaspereau Community Hall. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Canning TOPS, Red Cross and VON. A very special thanks to Dr. Lori Burgess, Dr. Hamilton, Sheila McGray NP, Paulette Gash CHPCN and Heather Scott VON. The over whelming support felt by friends, family and especially the community Benefit, has provided much comfort and no words can justify our heartfelt thanks.
