Cora M. Amberman (Mansfield) - Annapolis Royal. Born in Dartmouth, daughter of the late Zoeth and Constance (Brooks) Mansfield. She was a nursing graduate of the Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Orillia, Ontario. She held positions in hospitals in London, Ont., Halifax and Annapolis Royal and VON positions in Timmins Ont. and Annapolis County. She was also a graduate of the Timmins Business College. A volunteer with many agencies including the Annapolis Hospital Auxiliary and Baptist Churches in Wolfville and Annapolis Royal and the Women Missionary Society.
She was preceded by her husband of 55 years, Vernon C. Amberman and a brother, William. She is survived by her daughters and their families Gail and Jerome Bruhm and Adrian, Jonathan and Terra Bruhm all of Halifax and Faye and Jack Salsman and Jana Salsman (Chris Darbyson) of Bear River East and Morgan Salsman (Janice Buckler) of Annapolis Royal and her two great granddaughters, Jade and Ava.

Family flowers only, memorial donations may be sent to the Wolf Wing Activity Department of the Annapolis Royal Nursing Home.
A celebration of her life will be held at the Annapolis Royal Baptist Church on Monday, December 12th at 2:00 with Rev. Roger Prentice officiating. Reception will follow in the Christian Education Centre. Arrangements are under the direction of Serenity Funeral Homes.
