DeCoste, Clairsse Marie (LeBlanc) 80, passed away on October 17, 2011 in the Northwood Centre. Born in Arichat, Cape Breton; she was the daughter of the late Jeffrey and Clara (Marchand) LeBlanc.Clairsse is survived by her sons, Herman, New Minas; Gary, Arichat; Gerard (Carol), Cambridge, ON; Darren, Vancouver, BC; daughters Carolyn (Micah) Landry, Halifax; Marlene (Kenny) Boudreau, Pictou; brother Lubin LeBlanc, Bedford; Jeanette (Henry) Martell, Halifax; ten grandchildren, six great grandchildren; one great great-grandson; and her friend and former husband, Colin DeCoste. She is predeceased by her son Paul DeCoste and brothers Lorenzo, Gussie, Harry, Omer, Charlie, Ameedee; and sister May. A service of remembrance will be held in the Northwood Centre Penthouse on Friday, October 21, 2011 from 2-4 p.m. Donations in Clairsse?¢s memory may be made to the Alzheimer?¢s Society.
